Healthy oils for healthy hair

Managing any hair type could sometimes be a challenge. Finding products that are good for you is even harder. There is help available though. Nature has a way to provide us with everything we need to stay healthy and nourished, especially with a way to nourish our inner and outer beauty.

Many of the hair care products on store shelves contain harmful synthetic man made ingredients that although they promise to make your hair healthy looking and naturally shiny, they actually do more harm then  good. Your skin and pores is like your third kidney, it absorbs and eliminates chemicals whether they are good or bad and sometimes both. That depends on you and what you decide to put on your skin or into your body.
